I just want to share what happened a moment ago, that is ,I entered the interactive chat room as usual.
I saw lots of Chinese there as well. But there's some difference from the past.
First of all, the teacher is from Austria and live in Korea now. Second, there is a Russian student today.
Everyone is interested in the REAL foreigner. Many of us, include me, asked her some questions.
She also asked me that how about OUR COUNTRY? I felt embarrassed about using the word "COUNTRY" and talking to all the China students in that word. I wanted to mention that there's no political situation to use that word. But I just got nervous and forgot how to explain this kind of thing!

如何增進閱讀

我發現自己在閱讀的地方很微弱，可能原因:
1. 文法: 這大概是通病吧！但是文法不夠強就無法一看到句子可以馬上去拆解
2. 速度: 通常眼睛都被定在某個地方，無法很快可以掌握到文章意思

只是，該怎麼去加強呢?
除了字彙要多以外，我想，真的需要廣讀，而且儘量很快可以抓到重點吧。

如找到方法的時候在把他整理出來。

unless和if的關係

unless的用法

l Unless 是從屬連接詞，引導副詞子句，表「除非~否則~」，通常作條件句，表示未來時態時，從屬子句須用現在簡單式，被修飾的主要子句則用未來式 ，不可與or連用

F Unless S + V…, S + V （除非…否則~）

= S + V unless S + V

EX: I will not go unless you go with me.

EX: Unless you study harder, you will not succeed.

l If, when, once, as long as…等亦可引導條件句，亦採相同構句

EX: If/ When/ Once/ As long as I have money, I will buy a car.

l Unless = if…not

EX: Unless you study hard, you will fail the exam.

= If you do not study hard, you will fail the exam.

EX: Unless it rains hard, I will not stay at home.

= If it does not rain hard, I will not stay at home.
